I am passionate about studying the physical chemistry of small, yet heterogeneous systems. My primary focus lies in understanding the properties and structure of interfaces between two immiscible phases. In my research lab, we develop advanced predictive models to analyze interfacial and wetting behaviors of complex systems. Our investigations have helped shed light on the crucial role of interfacial phenomena in many industrial processes, such as oil and gas production from underground reservoirs, climate change, environmental pollution, soil and clay science, and even human health.
